Tilal City, a community development in Sharjah managed by Tilal Properties, is “coming to life”, says Khalifa Al Shaibani, Director-General of Tilal Properties.

Tilal City, is a first-of-its-kind community development in Sharjah that spreads over 25 million square feet and is designed to accommodate 65,000 residents. The development is beginning to see occupation increasing, with investors who have bought to live already moving in, and apartments now being leased for renting. Tilal City is home to various types of plots and 48% of the land is allocated to parks and education and community facilities.

A 90% completion of construction work on two community centres within Tilal City was also recently announced, which are being constructed in Naseem Villas and Naseem Residences and are on track to be open by the end of 2020 as planned.

Khalifa Al Shaibani, Director-General of Tilal Properties said, “We are pleased to see that life in Tilal Properties is booming, with many residents moving into their properties or leasing them out for renters. Despite the challenges that have been faced due to the global pandemic, Tilal City is an exciting opportunity for investors, and we can see lots of activity now taking place.”

He continued, “Tilal City provides a world-class infrastructure with zero community and maintenance fees and is open for all nationalities. It offers residents a community-focused environment, with facilities such as mosques, schools and nurseries, community centres and parks, and Tilal Mall, one of the biggest malls in Sharjah. Our two community centres in Naseem Villas and Naseem Residences are right on schedule with being delivered by the end of this year.”

The landmark project represents a multi-purpose mixed-use real estate development that offers a unique opportunity to purchase land for housing purposes in a carefully planned and fully coordinated environment.

Located on Emirates Road, with Sharjah International Airport and the Sharjah Grand Mosque just a few km away, Tilal City represents an enviable connection point linking between Dubai and the northern emirates.
