The plots in Tilal City are freehold for Emiratis, and Arab nationals and 100-year renewable leasehold is being offered to non-Arabs. In 2014, Tilal City was the first to offer leasehold of 100 years for the non-Arabs in Sharjah.
There is no visa requirement for any buyer in the AED2.4 billion project. It is not necessary for buyers to be present in the emirate for the deal. If they want, they can invest remotely from their home countries.
